Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 8 days.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are eligible for a 90% refund.

A $10 deduction will apply if the item is returned in the shoe box only, without exterior protection.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases.
Not eligible for return:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refunds

To request a refund, you must start the return within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
A 90% refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

If returned in a shoe box only, $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not contact or correspond with financial institutions on your behalf.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by starting your request [here]. We will provide a return shipping label.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once your return is received, we’ll email you a discount code.

If the gift was shipped to the gift giver:

The refund will be issued to the gift giver.

The gift giver will be notified about the return.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
