Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed the next business day. To qualify for same-day processing, orders must be placed by 12 PM Central Time (CT).

  • Shipping Method – UPS Next Day Air Saver:

    • Delivers by end of the next day (residential addresses).

    • Does not deliver on Saturdays.

    • Orders placed after 12 PM CT will be processed the following business day.

    • UPS does not pick up on weekends.

  • Important Address Information:

    • Double-check your shipping address before submitting.

    • If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee and provide an updated address.

    • UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Shipping Origin:
    All orders are shipped from Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
    Please do not email us about order status unless it's been over 4 business days, as inquiries slow down processing.

  • Lost Packages:
    If your package is lost in transit, contact us at footewearllc@gmail.com so we can file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your items (or issue a refund if they are out of stock).

  • Stolen Packages:
    We are not responsible for stolen packages. If tracking shows the package was delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Carrier Delays:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by the mail carrier and do not refund shipping fees due to missed delivery estimates. Please contact the carrier for issues regarding delivery delays.
